Fukushima-50-Risk-Lives-to-avoid-Nuclear-Disaster-01

Dear all,

You are cordially invited to the next Distinguished Lecture Series Conference, hosted by:

Pr. Eric Feldman, Professor of Law and Deputy Dean for International Affairs at Penn Law,

“Fukushima One Year On, and Law and Distasters”

this Wednesday at 5:30PM, in the Red Lecture Room.

Eric Feldman focuses on Japanese law, comparative public health law, and law and society. His books and articles explore the comparative dimensions of rights, dispute resolution, and legal culture, often in the context of urgent policy issues including the regulation of smoking, HIV/AIDS, and other aspects of the health care system. After Japan’s tsunami and Fukushima nuclear catastrophe last year, Feldman’s research and teaching have focused increasingly on law and disasters.

See you all there! The DLS Team.
